If the husband is required to assume the responsibility as a guarantor, the self-guarantee belongs to the joint debt of the husband and wife during the existence of the husband-wife relationship, and the wife should bear the debt repayment responsibility. However, if the wife can prove that the creditor and the debtor clearly agreed to be personal debts, or can prove that it has nothing to do with this guarantee, the wife does not need to bear the debts.
After the general creditor's right expires, the creditor can only ask the guarantor to repay it if the debt cannot be repaid. After the creditor's rights expire, the joint guarantor may not claim the creditor's rights from the debtor, but directly sue the guarantor to assume the guarantee responsibility.
