What will happen if you owe 40 thousand yuan in foreign exchange wealth?
The money owed to a financial company is not a civil debt dispute, and the creditor has the right to sue the debtor for repayment. If he refuses to pay back, he can ask the court for compulsory execution. If he refuses to pay back after the court issues a payment order, he will be listed as the person who has lost his trust and caused personal credit problems.

According to Article 216 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), after accepting the application, the people's court shall, after examining the facts and evidence provided by the creditor, issue a payment order to the debtor within 15 days from the date of acceptance. If the application is not established, the ruling shall be rejected.

The debtor shall pay off the debt within fifteen days from the date of receiving the payment order, or file a written objection with the people's court. If the debtor fails to raise any objection or perform the payment order within the period specified in the preceding paragraph, the creditor may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
