All employees whose labor relations have moved out of this city and have established labor relations with other provinces and cities and set up housing provident fund accounts can apply to other provinces and cities' provident fund centers to transfer the housing provident fund paid in this city to other provinces and cities. The materials required for business application shall be provided according to the provisions of housing provident fund centers in other provinces and cities. After receiving the letter from other provinces and cities' provident fund centers through the platform, the municipal provident fund center will review and confirm, and transfer the personal account funds of employee housing provident fund to other provinces and cities' provident fund centers through bank transfer.

(1) Apply for accepting

Employees who have moved out of this city with labor relations and have established labor relations with units in other provinces and cities and set up housing provident fund accounts may apply to the housing provident fund centers in other provinces and cities to transfer the housing provident fund deposited in this city to other provinces and cities. The materials required for business application shall be provided according to the provisions of other provinces and cities' provident fund centers.

(II) Transfer of information and funds

After receiving the Contact Letter for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund from other provinces and cities through the platform, Shanghai Provident Fund Center should feedback the information through the platform and complete the following business within 5 working days:

1. Acceptance of audit

Shanghai Provident Fund Center conducts the following audit according to the received information:

(1) Employees are in this city.

(2) The employee has terminated the labor relationship with the unit, and the housing provident fund account is in a sealed or suspended state;

(3) The employee has no certificate of deposit and use of housing provident fund loans in other places that continue to take effect in this city;

(4) The employees have no agreed withdrawal business and unfinished withdrawal business in this city;

(5) Employees and their spouses have no outstanding housing provident fund debts in this city as borrowers or with borrowers;

(6) The employee housing provident fund account has not been frozen by the court according to law.

if it is approved, Shanghai Provident Fund Center will generate the Information Form of Housing Provident Fund Transfer and Continuation Account for employees; If the audit fails, the reasons will be fed back to the provident fund centers of other provinces and cities through the platform, and the provident fund centers of other provinces and cities will inform the employees.

2. Transfer of information and funds

Shanghai Provident Fund Center uploaded the Information Form of Housing Provident Fund Transfer and Continuation Account to the platform and transmitted it to other provinces and cities' provident fund centers. At the same time, the personal account funds of employee housing provident fund will be transferred to the provident fund centers of other provinces and cities through bank transfer.

(III) Receiving information and transferring funds

The provident fund centers in other provinces and cities will check the information table of housing provident fund transfer and connection accounts received from the platform with the transferred funds. If the check is consistent, the transferred funds will be included in the employee housing provident fund personal account, and the employee will be notified of the entry. If the check is inconsistent or the employees have doubts about the transferred funds, the other provinces and cities' provident fund centers will learn about the situation from the Shanghai Provident Fund Center, which will be responsible for answering the employees' doubts and feedback information through the platform for negotiation.
