4. On-site treatment

Renew the loan:

(3) Pre-signing the contract: after the approval of the county-level student financial assistance management center, sign the loan contract (in quadruplicate). The parties present sign the loan contract, and sign the names of the borrower and the borrower respectively, and indicate the signer at the signature.

If the student's "Zhang San" is handled on site, Zhang San should be signed at the borrower's signature position and Li Si (Zhang San Qian Dai) should be signed at the borrower's signature position. It is forbidden for others to sign the loan contract instead of the party present.

The signatures of loan students and borrowers should be as neat as possible, consistent with the system and contract information, and be careful not to miss the date. After the contract is signed, please don't go to the system to change the contract content. If it is really wrong, you need to modify the contract content in the system. After modification, the contract must be re-printed and signed, and the contract shall not be directly altered. Otherwise, the loan will not be approved because the information in the system is inconsistent with the information in the contract.

(5) Print the receipt: The Student Financial Assistance Management Center of the Education Bureau prints the loan acceptance voucher (see the attachment "Acceptance Voucher Template" with a check code, which needs to be submitted to the university) and gives it to the students. Students cut off the upper part and give it to the university, and the lower part of Alipay password is kept by themselves. If the check code of the receipt is lost, the receipt will not be entered and the loan will not be approved.

5. School registration

Students hold the loan contract and loan acceptance certificate to go through the registration formalities at the university student financial assistance management center, hand in the first half of the acceptance certificate, and enter the electronic receipt in the university. 6. Lending approval
