According to the relevant laws of our country, if shareholders fulfill their capital contribution responsibilities under the subscription system, they will bear liability for the company with their capital contribution. If the capital contribution is false, they will bear joint and several liability for the company's debts.

Article 3 A company is an enterprise legal person, has independent legal person property, and enjoys legal person property rights. The entirety of the company's property is liable for the company's debts.
Shareholders of a limited liability company shall be liable to the company to the extent of their subscribed capital contribution; shareholders of a joint stock company shall be liable to the company to the extent of the shares they subscribe for.
Article 28 Shareholders shall pay in full and on time the amount of capital contribution stipulated in the company's articles of association. If a shareholder contributes capital in currency, the full amount of the monetary contribution shall be deposited into the limited liability company's bank account; if the shareholder contributes capital in non-monetary property, the transfer procedures for its property rights shall be completed in accordance with the law.
If a shareholder fails to pay capital contributions in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in addition to paying the company in full, he shall also bear liability for breach of contract to shareholders who have paid capital contributions in full and on time.
