(1) The model workers of government agencies and institutions shall retire in accordance with the provisions of the Notice on Revising the Retirement Standards for Cadres and Workers with the Title of Model Workers [1986]. 129:

When the model worker retires, the retirement fee will be increased by 5- 15% respectively, which will not exceed his original standard salary at most. Retirement procedures are handled in the Municipal Personnel Bureau.

(2) The model workers who participated in the basic old-age insurance of enterprises 95 years ago and were elected, when they retired, according to the provisions of the Notice on Improving the Pension Calculation and Payment Standards for Employees of Model Workers [1995] No.314, the retirement pension calculation and payment ratio increased by 2%, 4% and 6% respectively. Retirement procedures are handled in the Labor and Social Security Bureau.

(3) According to the spirit of the State Council (Guo Fa [1995] No.6), the model workers elected after1995 will not raise their retirement fees after retirement, but will be replaced by supplementary endowment insurance.

According to the above spirit, the Municipal Model Worker Evaluation Office and the Municipal Model Worker Association issued the Notice on Handling One-time Supplementary Endowment Insurance for Model Workers. Jin Mo Ban Fa No.6 document stipulates that model workers elected after 1995 should apply for a one-time pension insurance of 5,000 yuan instead of raising the retirement pension of model workers.

(four) the payment of honorary allowance for retired model workers, according to the spirit of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Finance Bureau, Personnel Bureau, Labor and Social Security Bureau's "Opinions on Paying Honorary Allowance for Retired Model Workers" 1, from 2004 onwards;

Retired model workers can receive monthly honor allowance 130- 170 yuan.
