New policy of shared property housing in Nanjing: According to Article 22 of the Measures for the Administration of Shared Property Housing in Nanjing, if one of the following conditions is met, a set of shared property housing can be purchased as required: (1) Low-income families with lower-middle income in cities and towns (hereinafter referred to as "low-income families") who apply for shared property housing should meet the following conditions: the number of units is 1. The per capita housing construction area is lower than the prescribed standard; 4. The per capita property of the family is lower than the prescribed standard; 5. The vehicle owned by the family is below the prescribed standard. Multi-family families live together in the same set of housing, and two or more of them meet the purchase conditions. After a family purchases a house, if the housing area of other families exceeds the guarantee standard of this Municipality, a family will purchase a house through consultation. The income, housing, property and vehicle standards specified in this item shall be formulated by the municipal housing security department in conjunction with civil affairs and other relevant departments according to the amount of funds raised by the city's shared property rights housing and the per capita disposable income and living standard of the urban area in the previous year, and shall be publicized to the public in a timely manner after being approved by the municipal government. (2) Houseless families of urban residents with household registration in six districts of Jiangnan and no housing ownership registration or transaction records in this city. (3) New employees with household registration in six districts of Jiangnan and no housing ownership registration or transaction records in this city have signed labor contracts and paid social insurance continuously for 2 years or more, have a full-time undergraduate degree or above, and have graduated less than 5 years. (four) other families with housing difficulties identified by the municipal government. Families or individuals under any of the following circumstances may not purchase affordable housing with common property rights: (1) Having received compensation for demolition and resettlement in this Municipality for less than 5 years; (two) the household registration is moved into this city through the purchase of housing; (three) are enjoying the housing security policy; (four) other circumstances stipulated by the municipal government.
