2. Subsidy for purchasing cattle independently: upon the acceptance of the purchase agreement, quarantine bill and rural certificate, the subsidy for each cow is 1 1,000 yuan.

3. Subsidies for pen house construction: After acceptance, differentiated subsidies will be implemented according to the scale of breeding. 3-30 heads (inclusive) subsidy 1 ten thousand yuan; 3 1-50 heads (inclusive) with a subsidy of 20,000 yuan; 51-100 heads (inclusive) with a subsidy of 30,000 yuan; /kloc-50,000 yuan for more than 0/00 heads; 500- 1000 heads (inclusive) with a subsidy of 654.38 million yuan; 1000 heads or more will be subsidized by 200,000 yuan.
