The borrower shall go through the authorization registration formalities and transfer business registration formalities at the designated outlets of the loan bank (attached), and the monthly automatic transfer repayment will be realized after success.

and provide the following materials:

(1) Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Loan Repayment Withdrawal Monthly Transfer Application Form (stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(2) the original of Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Loan Guarantee Contract;

(3) the original of my ID card.

if the applicant is the immediate family member (parents, spouse, children) of the borrower, he/she must register the loan repayment transfer after the borrower completes the authorization registration procedures. In addition to the above materials, he/she must also provide the original bank authorization letter of the borrower and the original and photocopy of the relationship certificate with the borrower (such as marriage certificate, household registration book at the same address or relationship certificate issued by the police station).
