First, the purchase standard of raw grain
(1) Regional requirements: The raw grain must come from our company's green food production base and be produced according to the technical regulations for green food production.
(2) Variety requirements: The raw grain varieties are Kong Yu 13 1, Mudanjiang 19, Suijing No.4 and other high-quality varieties suitable for regional production and planting, which meet the requirements of green food.
(3) Quality requirements: 1, moisture; The moisture content shall not exceed 15%, and it shall not exceed17% when purchased in autumn; 2. 1. Quality inspection: The quality inspector rechecks the variety, quality, moisture and brown rice rate of the raw grain and fills in the inspection report.

3. Weighing: Before entering the production workshop, the keeper will check and weigh in batches and fill in the delivery report.
4. Hygiene: Before leaving the warehouse and processing, the warehouse and workshop must be thoroughly cleaned to maintain a good sanitary environment.
Four, cleaning, selection process operating standards

Five, brown rice processing procedures operating standards
(1) Clearance and impurity removal: As the stored grain processed in the last batch cannot be completely cleaned, there are hidden dangers in pure green food rice. Therefore, after normal operation, the first brown rice (3-5 kg) must be intercepted and stored separately as mixed rice to ensure the purity of rice.

Six, polished rice processing procedures operating standards
Refined rice is processed by SM 18 series double-wind rice milling machine, and several machines are connected in series. According to the following procedures:
1. Remove sundries around the machine, keep the brown rice in the machine clean and hygienic, and use the flow regulating valve to control and adjust the flow of the brown rice in the machine to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2. According to the variety and quality of rice, adjust thallium pressure gate and spring pressure gate to meet the requirements of polished rice.
3. Check the rice screen in time, and replace it in time when problems are found, so as to prevent rice leakage or mixed with broken rice, which will affect the rice quality, reduce the rice yield and cause the loss of polished rice.
4. Control the rice yield precision, prevent the rice milling from being too large or too small, which will affect the purity of rice, and prevent the broken rice and chaff from being mixed together.
5. Ensure the hygiene during processing, prohibit pollutants from entering the outer frame, remove the accumulated chaff in time, and keep the machinery clean.
6. Polishing polished rice with iron roller air-jet polisher will make polished rice bright without panning. Always clean up the dust in the polishing machine to keep it clean. At the same time, strengthen environmental management and ensure sanitary conditions.
Seven, finished product storage standards
The finished product is the last link and final product of raw grain processing, so the storage of the finished product is very important.
