1. The down payment ratio (including local and foreign currency loans) for purchasing the first self-occupied house with a construction area of less than 90 square meters shall not be less than 20%.

2. If you purchase the first self-occupied house with a construction area of over 90 square meters, the down payment ratio shall not be less than 30%.
