According to Article 9 of the Measures for State Subsidies for Compulsory Military Service of College Students, college students applying for state subsidies for compulsory military service shall follow the following procedures:
(1) College students who apply for enlistment log in to the college student recruitment registration system, fill in and print the Application Form for National Student Loan Compensation for College Students' Enrolment Tuition as required (in duplicate, hereinafter referred to as the application form) and submit it to the school student financial assistance management department.
