First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the delegates for their support and trust! I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the leaders and members who care about and trust me!
Today, I was elected as the chairman of the trade union, which is a challenge and a responsibility for me. I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the work of the trade union. In the future trade union work, I still have a lot of knowledge to learn from the leaders and members present, and I still have a lot of work to ask the leaders and members present. Please support me and help me as always. Here, on behalf of the newly elected members of the new team, I would like to state my position:
First, based on their own posts, actively contribute to their own work, care about the interests of employees at the same time, and use the rights conferred by the trade union law to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
The second is to establish and improve the system of trade union work, constantly strengthen the construction of trade unions themselves, further clarify the guiding ideology, nature, status and role of trade union work, and enhance the sense of honor and responsibility for doing a good job in trade union work. Strive to improve the ability to organize, unite and serve employees.
Third, earnestly perform the maintenance function, build a "home for workers", comprehensively promote the work of trade unions, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the broad masses of workers. Especially in this year, the hospital played the main role of employees in the development of secondary hospitals, further enhanced the initiative and consciousness of members in specific work, and made the work of trade unions lively, solid and effective.
Fourth, worry about members first, then enjoy members, worry about members' worries and think about members' thoughts. Trade unions are the bridge and link between the Party and the masses. As the chairman of the trade union, I will work with several members to pave the way, suffer hardships first, enjoy the future, work hard together, make great contributions, and repay delegates and all employees with practical actions.
