(1) Copies of relevant documents registered or approved for establishment, capital verification report issued by accounting firm, production and operation license of special industry, enterprise qualification grade certificate or franchise certificate; (2) information on the economic or financial situation of the customer; (3) the articles of association of the enterprise (institution) as a legal person, or a copy of the contract or agreement of the individual partnership enterprise; (4) the identity certificate of the legal representative; (5) Account opening license, reserved seal card and valid loan card.
