Second, the provident fund loan settlement procedures

1. After the provident fund loan is settled in advance, the bank will issue the loan settlement certificate, and handle the mortgage cancellation and surrender procedures with the main lender's ID card, the original secured loan contract, guarantee fee and other materials at the house property guarantee company.

2. After the portfolio loan is settled, with the valid identity certificate of the payer, you can print the settlement voucher at the loan bank and go through the formalities of canceling the mortgage, and the provident fund loan part will be surrendered to the guarantee company.
