According to reports, organs and institutions in areas below the county-level people's government in Guangxi (excluding township-level administrative areas where county-level governments are resident, the same below), including college graduates working in township (town) government agencies, rural primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, can enjoy such compensation funds.

The actual work (including the second venture) is located in the following areas of the people's government at the county level in Guangxi, such as meteorological, seismic, geological, nuclear and other units directly under the central and autonomous regions, and college graduates who work in hard industries can also enjoy compensation.

The maximum amount of tuition compensation or national student loan for each college graduate per academic year is not more than 8,000 yuan for undergraduates and12,000 yuan for postgraduates.

If the actual tuition fees paid by graduates or the national student loans obtained during their study in school are less than 8,000 yuan (undergraduate) or12,000 yuan (graduate), compensation shall be made according to the actual tuition fees paid or the amount of national student loans obtained. If the actual tuition fees paid by graduates or the national student loans obtained during their study in school are higher than 8,000 yuan (undergraduate) or12,000 yuan (graduate), compensation will be made according to the amount of 8,000 yuan (undergraduate) or12,000 yuan (graduate) per academic year.
