Wenzhou Daily's "Six Good Blogs" which won the Zhejiang News Column Award originated from Ma's reporting innovation.
After being elected as the representative of the 12th Party Congress of the province and the 10th Party Congress of the city in 2007, Ma was thinking about how to make a good report while having a good meeting. She tried to set up a column "Pony Representative's Blog", which, as a reporter and a party representative, grafted the traditional print media with the new online media interactively, and innovated the party newspaper's current political reporting. The honor of provincial party representatives and municipal party representatives has always inspired Ma to be a "reporter party representative".
At the 12th Party Congress in 2007, Ma submitted a representative work proposal on "promoting the institutionalization of public opinion supervision", which was answered by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee. In recent years, she has attended the plenary sessions of provincial and municipal committees for many times, participated in the introduction of major decisions and work arrangements, thoroughly understood the spirit and deepened the report. In addition to strengthening reporting, she also actively collects and writes internal references every year. At the seminar on party representatives' work held by the Organization Department of Wenzhou Municipal Committee in June this year and the seminar on party representatives' tenure system held by the Organization Department of Zhejiang Provincial Committee in July this year, Ma made a speech on how party representatives can play a good role in guiding public opinion from her own perspective, which was recognized by the organization department and invited her to teach at the grassroots party school.
After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, Ma and 50 provincial and municipal party representatives published a proposal in Wenzhou Daily, calling on party member to pay special party dues, and voluntarily paid 1.05 million yuan.
