What if the provident fund deposit is less than the monthly repayment?
If the borrower chooses to charge a monthly loan and needs to transfer money from the provident fund account to the repayment fund account every month, it needs to be recharged regularly every month. For example, the borrower needs to pay back the mortgage of 3,000 yuan every month, but he only pays 1.500 yuan into the provident fund every month. Then the remaining 1500 yuan needs to be recharged by the borrower himself, otherwise it will be overdue.
If the borrower chooses to charge the loan at one time, he only needs to check the balance of his provident fund account some time before the loan is charged, and then calculate how much is left before recharging. One-time mortgage refers to using the balance of provident fund account to offset the repayment principal and interest, and one-time mortgage must ensure that the balance of provident fund account is sufficient.
Generally speaking, if the monthly hedging amount is less than the repayment amount of the current month, employees need to deposit the difference in the repayment bank card to repay in advance to avoid overdue. After the one-time loan is completed, if there is still outstanding loan principal and interest, then you can't repay the loan with the balance of the provident fund account next month.
You can also calculate the specific amount of provident fund loans that borrowers can apply for. Generally, it will be determined according to four conditions: repayment ability, proportion of house price, balance of housing provident fund account and maximum loan amount. The minimum value calculated according to the four conditions is the borrower's loan amount.
