Workers and their spouses who have paid housing provident fund in our city can apply for housing provident fund withdrawal when they apply for housing provident fund loans to pay the down payment for the purchase of new commercial housing in our city and meet the conditions of the first housing provident fund loan in our city.
The maximum loan amount for employees who apply for housing provident fund loans to buy ordinary self-occupied houses is adjusted from 600,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan.
It is understood that since last year, the housing provident fund management center of our city has taken the service concept of "three reductions and one excellent" as the starting point, focused on meeting the needs of the masses, comprehensively improved the service quality and efficiency, and achieved a series of good results. Among them, in 2022, the city's housing provident fund was 5.766 billion yuan, an increase of 8.49% year-on-year; Withdrawal of housing accumulation fund was 3.024 billion yuan, up11.87% year-on-year;
Value-added income was 344 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.43%. This year, the city will also plan to collect 58 1 100 million yuan of housing provident fund, and plan to issue 2,654,338+0 billion yuan of personal housing loans from housing provident fund, with an estimated value-added income of 350 million yuan.
