According to the "Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Sales in Suzhou", the beneficiaries of interest in fund custody of Suzhou Real Estate Administration Bureau are buyers and sellers. When a real estate development enterprise sells commercial housing, it shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Administration of Real Estate Development and Operation, deposit the house payment paid by the purchaser into a special bank account related to the relevant contract, and use the bank deposit interest as the property right protection fund of the purchaser, or determine the distribution method through consultation between the purchaser and the developer, so that the purchaser can enjoy the interest income from fund custody.
