Among them, the immigrants who were relocated before June 30, 2006 and included in the support scope will be supported for another 20 years starting from July 1, 2006; the immigrants who were relocated after July 1, 2006 and included in the support scope will be supported for another 20 years starting from July 1, 2006. Support will be provided for 20 years starting from today.
1. New rural subsidy items and subsidy standards:
1. Increase in rural subsistence allowance subsidy standards: Rural subsistence allowance subsidy standards are increased to 3,200 yuan;
2. Increase in subsidies for poor rural farmers: The one-time subsidy for rural subsistence allowances will be increased to 5,000 yuan. ;
3. Rural house renovation subsidy: The subsidy amount is determined by the registration level participated by the village committee before the renovation, and is received according to the grade. The maximum subsidy amount is 20,000 yuan;
II , Subsidy for rural pig raising:
1. Subsidy of 50 yuan per sow;
2. Pig insurance subsidy: Each sow pays an annual premium of 60 yuan, of which the government will bear 48 yuan, the farmers bear 12 yuan, and the insured amount is 1,000 yuan; raising commercial pigs pays an annual premium of 10 yuan, of which the government bears 7 yuan, and the farmers bear 3 yuan, and the insured amount is 400 yuan.
3. Standardized breeding farm construction subsidies: For farms that produce 300-499 pigs annually, the average subsidy for each site is 100,000 yuan; for farms that produce 500-999 pigs annually, the average subsidy for each site is 250,000 yuan; For farms that produce 1,000-1,999 animals, the average subsidy for each site is 500,000 yuan.
Legal basis: "Regulations on Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement for the Construction of Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects" Article 22 The land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies for land acquisition for the construction of large- and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects shall be implemented in the same manner as those for railways, etc. The equal compensation standards for land used for infrastructure projects shall be implemented in accordance with the standards stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities where the expropriated land is located.
The compensation standards for scattered trees, young crops, etc. on the expropriated land shall be in accordance with the standards stipulated by the province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government where the expropriated land is located.
The attached buildings on the expropriated land shall be compensated according to their original scale, original standards or the principle of restoring their original functions; appropriate subsidies shall be given to poor immigrants whose compensation costs are insufficient to build basic houses.
For the use of state-owned cultivated land used by other units or individuals in accordance with the law, compensation will be given based on the compensation standards for expropriated cultivated land; for the use of state-owned unused land that has not been determined for use by units or individuals, no compensation will be given.
After the resettlement is relocated, the scattered trees and houses owned by the resettlement individuals above the inundation line around the reservoir shall be compensated according to the standards stipulated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article respectively.
