Local work certificate: Work certificate refers to a kind of certification document of China citizens in their daily production, life and business activities, which is generally used for job title evaluation, qualification examination, work income certificate, etc. It is only valid if it is issued by the work unit and stamped with the fresh seal of the unit.

3. Local real estate license: refers to the house property certificate, and the issuing authority of the real estate license is the municipal (county) real estate administration or the municipal (county) people's government.
