The power of attorney shall contain the following main terms:

1. Names, domiciles or addresses, certificate numbers, etc. of the trustor and trustee.

2. Entrusted amount, interest rate and term.

3. Name and relevant information of the borrower.

4. Use of entrusted loan.

5. A clear expression of the entrustment relationship.

6. Other information required by the trustee from the client.

the client shall declare the above contents to be true in the power of attorney. The trustee shall examine whether the identification materials and power of attorney elements of the trustor and the borrower are complete.
