What is the loan processing flow?
The loan processing flow is as follows:
1. The borrower applies for a loan;
2. The bank is subject to review, and the bank verifies the customer's situation and compares the loan conditions of the bank to determine whether it has the conditions to establish a credit relationship;
3. Sign a loan contract. If the bank considers that the borrower meets the loan conditions and agrees to the loan after reviewing the loan application, it will sign a loan contract with the borrower;
4. Lend a loan. Generally speaking, when the credit line is sufficient, banks will lend faster;
5. Post-loan inspection: the bank will investigate the whereabouts of the money after the borrower obtains the loan to see whether the borrower uses it according to the regulations, as well as the borrower's cash flow and operating income;
6. Repay the loan. After paying off the loan, go through the loan settlement procedures.

If the person subjected to execution or the property subjected to execution is in other places, the local people's court may be entrusted to execute it on his behalf.
