Before applying for the step of withdrawing the provident fund, the first thing to do is to apply for withdrawing the provident fund. Under normal circumstances, under any of the following circumstances, you can apply for withdrawal of provident fund. All localities can supplement or increase or decrease the extraction conditions of provident fund, subject to local actual regulations. Legal objectivity:

1. Can the housing accumulation fund be collected? In principle, the withdrawal of housing provident fund must be handled by myself, and others (referring to no immediate family members) may not support the provident fund. However, in order to facilitate employees and further optimize services, the following three behaviors are allowed: (1) immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) are allowed to pay the provident fund. Spouses, children or parents who want to withdraw money need to provide their ID card, marriage certificate or household registration book and deposit them in the employee's bank account, and the withdrawal money can only be transferred to the employee's bank account. (2) If the paid-in employee is really unable to handle the withdrawal in person for some reason, and the agent is not a lineal relative or can't provide proof of lineal relative, it shall be handled by the unit in principle, but the money must be transferred to the paid-in employee's account, and the unit shall be responsible for transferring it to the employee himself. (3) Except for the above two cases, if the deposit employee entrusts others to handle it, he must provide a notarial certificate and a copy of the power of attorney issued by the notary department, otherwise it will not be handled. Where it is an agent's withdrawal procedure, the agent must provide the agent's ID card and a copy. Second, the housing provident fund extraction conditions (1) The unit where the employee works and the employee himself pay the housing provident fund in full every month; (2) Comply with the provisions of Article 24 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Funds: 1, and purchase, build, rebuild or overhaul owner-occupied housing; 2. Retired; 3, completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit; 4. Go abroad to settle down; 5. Repay the principal and interest of the house purchase loan; 6, the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income; 7. The employee dies or is declared dead. Among them: Articles 1, 5 and 6 belong to partial extraction; Articles 2, 3, 4 and 7 belong to account cancellation. Purchase: refers to the purchase of houses by employees and the ownership of the houses purchased, which can be public houses, commercial houses, affordable housing and second-hand houses. Construction: refers to the housing built by urban residents with the approval of real estate management agencies and urban planning management agencies. Transformation: refers to the demolition, design and reconstruction of all houses. Overhaul: refers to some major components that need to be affected or demolished, but not all houses need to be demolished. Note: Housing accumulation fund cannot be used for decoration, decoration, medium repair, minor repair and repayment of housing decoration loans.
