4. If the employee's commercial loan is a loan from a different place (not in this city) or the loan bank is a non-central cooperative bank (CCB, ICBC, ABC, BOC, Bank of Communications, CITIC, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Guiyang Bank), the personal credit report of the People's Bank of China shall be provided for the first withdrawal;
5. If the commercial housing mortgage loan is repaid in advance, it is also necessary to provide relevant certificates issued by the loan bank agreeing to repay in advance;
6. To handle the mortgage loan of commercial housing and entrust to withdraw the housing provident fund for repayment, you need to provide and repay the bank card.
Second, matters needing attention
1. Withdraw the housing accumulation fund of the main lender first, and then withdraw the housing accumulation fund occupied by the spouse or * * * for the insufficient part. In principle, the order of withdrawal is the main lender, the spouse of the main lender, the spouse of * * *, and the spouse of * * *, and the total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the repayment amount for one year;
2. If the loan is repaid in advance, the maximum amount of the housing accumulation fund for myself and my spouse (* * * owner and spouse) shall not exceed the sum of the remaining loan principal and interest;
3. If the loan-related personnel in front of the payer deposit in the foreign center, they need to provide relevant certification materials (valid for three months);
4. When the employee fails to pay off the housing loan, it can be withdrawn once a year, with an interval of 12 months.
