1. Custody of ICBC Linksys Card
In order to reduce risks, ICBC's Linksys card should be stored separately from personal valid identity documents. Please pay attention to the surrounding environment when using the ICBC co-branded card to enter the password at the ATM. If you have any questions, please change your password at the ATM as soon as possible. If the card is swallowed due to failure, please contact our staff or service hotline 95588 in time.
2. ICBC UnionPay card replacement
If the ICBC (Express) card is damaged or the magnetic stripe is damaged, you can go through the card replacement procedures at our outlets with your valid ID card and the damaged ICBC (Express) card.
3. ICBC Linksys card swallowing processing
If the card is swallowed by the machine in the process of using ATM, you can get the card at the branch of ATM within 3 working days after swallowing the card (counting from the day after swallowing the card) with your valid ID card. If the card is not picked up within 30 days, the bank will destroy the card according to relevant procedures.
