I didn't do my work well when I was working normally today! I made this low-level mistake of writing on the circuit board and was found by my superior supervisor. I deeply reflected on my behavior and felt deeply guilty and uneasy about my wrong behavior. Here, I make a profound review to the leaders.

Through seemingly small things, I think it is an accidental thing, but it is also the result of my relaxation of work. After reflection, I feel that I still lack a sense of responsibility in my work. More importantly, I feel sorry for the trust and concern of the leaders. This incident not only makes me feel ashamed. I deeply feel that this kind of behavior is a very bad tendency and an extremely important symbol. If the leader fails to find out in time and asks himself to be deeply alert, and I continue like this, the consequences will be extremely serious, and I can't even imagine what kind of work mistakes will happen. While reviewing the leaders, I would like to thank you sincerely! In a word, my behavior has brought bad influence to the company. I feel very heavy and ashamed to do such an act.

In this case, I know that no matter what, it is not enough to make up for my fault, so I don't ask the leader's forgiveness. No matter how the leader punishes me, I won't have a problem. Meanwhile!
