Legal analysis: it depends on the will of the bank. If you don't pay for more than three months, it will be very serious. If the loan bank collects the loan according to law, it will bring a lawsuit to the court according to the loan contract and guarantee contract (mortgage or pledge contract), and the court will take measures such as property preservation, including freezing the deposits in all bank accounts of the lender and loan guarantor and sealing up the pledged property.

Legal basis: Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the prosecution must meet the following conditions:

(1) The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person and other organization that has a direct interest in the case;

(2) Having a clear defendant;

(3) Having specific requests, facts and reasons;
