Yiwan Railway starts from Huayan Station of Yayi Railway (yichang east railway station) in the east and ends at Wanzhou Station of Dawan Railway in the west. It runs from east to west through three prefecture-level jurisdictions, including Yichang City, Enshi Prefecture and Wanzhou District of Chongqing, and spans nine counties and cities, including Wujiagang District, Dianjun District, Changyang County, Badong County, Jianshi County, Enshi City, Lichuan City, Wuqiao Immigration Development Zone and Longbao Immigration Development Zone.
