(2) To purchase a re-traded house, the original house title certificate and full purchase invoice after the transfer or the original house title certificate, purchase contract and deed tax payment certificate after the transfer shall be provided.
(3) For the purchase of house demolition and resettlement, the original contract (or agreement) for compensation and resettlement for house demolition and the original overdue price difference invoice shall be provided. If the house property certificate has been handled, the original house property certificate and the original overdue price difference invoice shall be provided.
2. When building or decorating a self-occupied house with property rights, employees shall provide the following supporting materials: the construction project planning permit approved by the planning administrative department, the construction contract signed by the property owner and the construction unit, the original project final accounts and payment invoices (the original property rights of the original house shall also be provided when decorating). Rural migrant workers should provide the original collective land use certificate or the original house ownership certificate and the original payment invoice or receipt if they build or renovate their own houses in their registered permanent residence.
3. Employees who overhaul their own property houses shall provide the following certification materials: the house safety appraisal certificate issued by a qualified institution, the construction contract signed by the property owner and the construction unit, the final accounts of the project, the payment invoice and the original house title certificate. Among them, when the employee's spouse withdraws the balance stored in the housing provident fund account, it shall provide the original marriage certificate.

Article 8 The Municipal Housing Fund Management Center is an independent institution that is not for profit, and is responsible for the management and operation of housing provident fund according to its statutory duties.
Ninth city housing fund management center shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, establish and improve the housing provident fund deposit, withdrawal, transfer, storage, inquiry, loan, interest reconciliation and other systems.
Tenth banks entrusted by the municipal housing fund management center shall sign an entrustment contract with the municipal housing fund management center to undertake financial services such as housing provident fund deposit and entrusted loans.
Eleventh city housing fund management center shall set up a housing provident fund registration counter, and the entrusted bank shall set up a housing provident fund access counter.

(two) to review the registration of change or cancellation of the housing provident fund of the unit that is merged, divided, revoked, dissolved or bankrupt;
(three) the extraction, transfer and storage of the housing provident fund for employees of the audit unit;
(four) the establishment of employee housing provident fund ledger, record the deposit and withdrawal of employee housing provident fund;
(five) call for housing provident fund;
(six) to provide housing provident fund inquiry service.
Thirteenth access counter is responsible for handling the following matters:
(a) the deposit and transfer of the housing provident fund account;
(2) Take over the counter, keep accounts, check and receive cash and checks.
Fourteenth city housing fund management center shall establish a housing provident fund management information system to realize the standardization, scientification and computerization of housing provident fund management.
