1. After the borrower pays off the debt, according to the contract signed by both parties, the loan guarantor has no guarantee responsibility.

2. After the end of the guarantee period, the joint relationship between the general guarantor and the borrower is valid within the guarantee period stipulated in the contract, and the guarantee relationship will automatically terminate after the expiration of the guarantee period.

3. During the execution of the guarantee, if the three parties agree to terminate the guarantee, the guarantee relationship will be terminated.
