3. Registration
(1) Registration time and location:
1. February 13 to February 23, 2012 (8:00 am) 30-11:00, 13:30-16:00 pm), the "Talent Dispatch" and "Personnel Outsourcing" windows on the ground floor of Changshu Human Resources Market (No. 222, Zhujiang Road, Changshu City) can submit resumes. (2) Information to bring for registration:
Applicants need to bring the registration form (downloaded from Changshu Talent Network), ID card, household registration booklet, academic degree certificate (previous students need to provide online Academic qualification inquiry results, 2012 graduates shall provide valid certificates such as recommendation form) and their copies, and submit 2 recent one-inch photos of themselves without a hat.
IV. Exam
This recruitment exam consists of three stages: computer-based test (text entry speed and accuracy), written test, and interview. The scores of each test are only used to enter the next step. basis for the round of examinations.
(1) Computer-based exam:
Our company will conduct a preliminary qualification review based on the applicant's conditions. After passing the preliminary review, please follow the Changshu Talent Network (www.csrcsc.com) to take the computer exam List of examiners, time and place. (This registration ends on February 23, 2012. Applicants are requested to pay close attention to the exam time on the "Bulletin Board" of the Changshu Talent Network within three working days after the registration ends.)
(2) Written test :
According to the typing speed and accuracy, 300 words (inclusive) within 10 minutes will enter the written test. After the computer-based examination for this recruitment, men and women will enter the written examination process in a ratio of no less than 1:5. If the above-mentioned examination opening ratio cannot be reached, the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly until the examination opening ratio is reached.
(3) Interview:
The interview is divided into two stages: leaderless group interview and structured interview. According to the recruitment plan and written test scores, men and women will be selected into the list of interviewees for the non-leadership group in a ratio of 1:4 from high to low. Low scores determine who is shortlisted for structured interviews.
5. Physical Examination
Based on the results of the structured interview, our company determines the physical examination personnel from high scores to low scores according to the number of recruits, and organizes the physical examination personnel to conduct physical examinations. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from employment.
6. Recruitment procedures:
After passing the computer-based test (text input speed and accuracy), written test, interview, and physical examination, the above applicants will be selected and hired and sign a contract with our company Talent dispatch labor contract, recruitment procedures, and payment of social insurance and housing provident fund in accordance with relevant national regulations.
