1. The POS network of the merchant has failed;

2. The status of the user's bank card is abnormal;

3. Merchants are classified as risk merchants;

The balance in the bank card is less than the consumption limit.

The amount in the decoration loan card of CCB can only be used for home decoration, and can only be used by swiping the card on the POS machine designated by the bank. Cardholders can't transfer money to withdraw cash, but only swipe their cards in industries with decoration as the backbone.
