In the past 25 years of working in finance, he has created an excellent foundation for the restoration of insurance business in Nehe City. In 1982, at the provincial insurance work symposium, as one of the three important speakers, he introduced his work experience. In 1987, an audit project on the Agricultural Bank of China's grain loan interest discount found that the Agricultural Bank of China had requested an interest discount of 870,000 yuan from the People's Bank of China. The regional People's Bank of China and the Provincial People's Bank of China adopted this project and found out that the Agricultural Bank of China had to pay an excess of 12 million yuan in interest discounts. The head office also forwarded this work experience in Heilongjiang Province. In 1990, the audit work experience of Nehe City was introduced at the meeting of governors of the People's Bank of the Province, and it became an advanced provincial unit with pioneering work. He was also rated as an advanced individual in the provincial audit profession. The 1992 investigation report on "Ill-Tiao Entering the Circulation Area" was included in the internal reference material "Reflection of Economic and Financial Dynamics" by the Head Office of the People's Bank of China. In 1998, the Nehe Federation of Trade Unions represented the Nehe City Federation of Trade Unions in basic trade union work and accepted the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions’ recommendation that the Nehe Federation of Trade Unions be the national advanced trade union. It was well received and made an on-site introduction to the city. The People’s Bank of China won the title of Provincial Model Employee Family.
