2. Original and photocopy of the ID card (the name and number of the house purchase contract should be consistent with the ID card).
3. I don't have to apply for the provident fund membership card, and I don't have to apply for it.
4. Fill in the H2 form "Application Form for Repayment of Housing Loan by Installment with Provident Fund General Account Deposit" in triplicate, which can be obtained on site or downloaded from the website of Provident Fund.
5. The staff will verify your monthly amortization amount, amortization period and amortization limit according to the provident fund you paid in the previous 12 months.
6. Send the "Application Form for Repayment of Housing Loan by Installment with Provident Fund General Account Deposit" stamped by the Provident Fund Center to the loan bank.
7. After the bank seals, return the sealed Application Form for Amortization of Housing Loan for Provident Fund General Account Deposit to the Center.
8. After receiving the form returned by the bank, the Provident Fund Center will automatically transfer the amortization amount to the amortization account every month.
