After entering the store, I was told that I could get a Bluetooth headset and a charging treasure. I need to reach a certain sesame credit score, use my mobile phone number for another year, and spend more than 20 monthly phone bills.

Several shop assistants claimed that this activity was entrusted by several major operators such as China Mobile Unicom, with the purpose of retaining old users, explaining their packages in turn, and befriending me from time to time (where to work, whether to graduate, what major to study, etc.). ).

Later, the theme gradually led to: I need to prepay the phone bill of 2680 yuan, arrive in 480 yuan on the same day, and then pay it back in 12 months, guiding me to sign the contract and pay by installments. Then the clerk asked for my ID card, but because I didn't bring it, he asked me to come back to the store three days later.

That's probably what happened when I got home. The more I think about it, the more wrong it is. I didn't know I was cheated until I searched online.

The process of safeguarding rights: I sorted out the information at hand early the next morning, and then prepared to defend rights. The process is as follows:

1) Preparation before departure: First, I took a photo of the receipt and saved it. Then I called the mobile customer service to confirm whether there is any similar activity (the answer is of course no) and inquired about my phone bill recharge record. As a result, 480 phone bills did arrive last night, but it seems that it was not the activity of the mobile company, but the liar helped me to charge it.

2) Report from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau: They arrived at the store around 9: 30, and before opening the door, they recorded the store's house number, took relevant photos, and then directly called 123 15 to report. The operator recorded my situation and asked me how to deal with it. I said file it for me first.

3) Formal negotiation and alarm: They open the door after 10 in the morning, and several people are responsible for soliciting customers at the door of the store. When I passed by, that B actually gave me a leaflet yesterday!

I grabbed all the little cards in his hand and threw them on the ground. I rushed into the store and told them to call the manager directly. At this time, in addition to the clerk who made out the invoice, there were three clerks who fooled me yesterday. At first, they asked me to sit down and talk. Let me explain why.

I directly showed them the screenshot of the successful report of 123 15, and then asked for a refund. Their attitude has also changed greatly from yesterday's 180-degree dog licking posture. I want to see the person in charge, and they say, "Why should I show it to you?" ; I want to see my business qualifications. They said, "Why should I show it to you?" I was basically very excited during the whole negotiation process, almost yelling at each other.

Finally, I told them directly: "I won't talk nonsense with you, or I will refund or call the police." Later, one of them casually said to his partner, "Let him report it." After I called the police, they changed their minds and said, "It's not that I won't give it back to you."

Actually, the operator of 1 10 has a bad attitude. I said that I was induced by the mobile phone shop to use the online loan APP to make loans in installments, and the other party said, "You pay the money yourself", and then started kicking the ball to let me find 123 15 (hehe).

But then a policeman called to ask me about the specific situation and said he could come over. At this time, the clerk is already helping me refund. I told the police officer the address of the black shop and the surrounding landmarks, saying that we were already negotiating, and we would not bother the police again if the negotiation failed.

Later, they returned my money the same way (only 2200 yuan was refunded, but it was already charged to 480 yuan), and then they took a picture of my refund form interface and asked me to sign a letter of commitment (probably "I want a refund", and nothing else was important).

Finally, I put yesterday's gifts and their receipts on the counter. These guys also question my "attitude". Call me back! I ignored them. Liars lie and expect victims to talk to them calmly?

Summary: From the results, I basically got my loss back, but the price is still not small. Although the swindler has transferred 2200 yuan back to my account, 480 yuan, who has already charged the phone bill, has no choice but to pay the installment fee of 1.79 yuan.

There are still some risks in the follow-up. My phone number and name were leaked. There seems to be a mobile phone number in their shop this morning, but I didn't answer it.

The process of safeguarding rights is not pleasant. Because I was tough at first, the liar kept accusing me of being unwilling to communicate well, as if I were the victim. I have never seen such a disgusting face! But the speed is quite fast. It took about ten minutes from entering the store to the successful refund.

Finally, I give some experience to my friends who are also cheated:

1. Act immediately after being cheated! When I signed the contract, the swindlers in the store smiled and relieved my vigilance, saying, "Our store is here and will not run away." In fact, they will! Once empty, the industrial and commercial bureau and the police are useless!

2. Be tough! Just show the evidence and ask for a refund. Don't believe anything they say. Don't listen! Your anger is justice!

If you are a girl, it is suggested to find more people (male friends) to accompany you. If you are confident, someone will take your picture or something.

It is recommended to go when there are many people, which is relatively safe. If the other party refuses to refund, it can also ruin their scam.

5. Keep the evidence! Full audio and video recording! Don't give your papers to each other easily! At that time, the liar wanted to see my certificate, so I showed them the photo of my mobile phone directly, saying that I would give it to the paper version when the money arrived. You'd better make more copies if you can.
