Legal basis: "Beijing Clinic Registration Management Measures (Trial)" Article 8 The registration of clinics in this city shall be managed electronically. If a clinic proposes to register, it shall submit the following materials through the electronic registration management platform: (1) Basic information for clinic registration; (2) Identity certificates of the clinic’s legal representative and main person in charge; Directory and qualifications of the clinic’s main person in charge and other health technical personnel Certificates, practice certificates and professional title certificates (if the registration information of doctors and nurses submitted in the application materials is verified by the electronic registration system, there is no requirement to submit relevant qualification certificates and practice certificates separately); (3) Clinic management rules and regulations; (4) Clinic Equipment list; (5) Certificate of property ownership or use of the clinic; (6) Clinic design floor plan; (7) Description of the clinic information system; (8) Industrial and commercial business license registration information of the for-profit clinic (approved by the health administration department (Inspection of the method of information sharing between government departments); (9) A letter of commitment signed by the clinic founder or legal representative on the authenticity of the filing materials.
