Is the floating base point of LPR fixed?
In the loan contract, the value of positive and negative basis points of LPR is fixed during the contract period, but the interest rate of LPR is changing. Take the mortgage interest rate as an example. The calculation method of interest rate is "LPR+ basis point". For the newly signed mortgage contract, the base point value is determined by the loan handling bank and will not be changed once it is determined.
