(2) Consolidate responsibilities and strengthen supervision. The supervision room of the municipal party committee and municipal government should pay close attention to the promotion of Xiongguan convenience card work in a timely manner, and urge the relevant responsible units on time according to the work promotion plan. Notify units that have no progress or slow progress. For the units that have not made progress after issuing the supervision notice, the main person in charge of the unit and the person directly responsible shall be held accountable.

The Municipal Committee of Industry and Information Technology, together with Wisdom Xiongguan Information Technology Co., Ltd., formulated the detailed rules for the management of Jiayuguan Xiongguan Convenience Card and the operation and maintenance system of Xiongguan Convenience Card, which were implemented in strict accordance with the system planning and strengthened the management and service of card issuance.
