There are no regional requirements for tobacco licenses. As long as there are beds and booths, ID cards will do.

Under any of the following circumstances, no retail outlets for tobacco products may be established:

(1) Places that specialize in dangerous, toxic, radioactive, inflammable and explosive articles such as chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers and paints, and have no effective safety measures.

(two) based on the primary and secondary schools and the entrance center, the shortest distance along the pedestrian (in line with the requirements of traffic rules) is less than 50 meters.

(three) the location of the application for operation is within the demolition area decided by the government.

(4) Vending machines and mobile stalls. (five) illegal (illegal) construction. (six) the relevant government agencies explicitly prohibit the operation of cigarettes in the region.
