Due to work needs, after research, it was decided to openly recruit one non-staff employee from the Organization Department of Longquan Municipal Party Committee to the public. The following recruitment plan was specially formulated:

2. Under 35 years old (born after January 15, 1984).
3. Education level: You must have a college degree or above and obtain a diploma before December 31, 2019.
4. Party members of the Communist Party of China (including probationary party members).

2. Recruitment Methods
Implement the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, adhere to the employment standards of both ability and political integrity, adopt a method of combining open registration and examination and assessment, and hire on the basis of merit. .
Specific recruitment procedures:
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: January 22, 2020 (8:30-12:00 am, 14:00-17:00 in the afternoon); registration will be done on-site.
2. Registration location: Office 524, Organization Department of Longquan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (5th Floor, Government Building, No. 333 Xianliang Road, Longquan City).
3. Materials required for registration: Those who meet the registration conditions should fill in the "2020 Longquan City Public Recruitment Non-staff Registration Form" (Attachment 1); you need to provide your ID card and household registration book (or household registration booklet printed with your household registration The household registration page of the information), the originals and copies of relevant documents such as academic certificates or other supporting materials required for application. If there are indeed special reasons, you can entrust someone else to report on your behalf. In addition to the above-mentioned relevant certificates and other materials, the person reporting on behalf of the applicant must also provide a power of attorney and present the original and photocopy of the identity card of the principal and the entrusted person.
4. The ID card used by the applicant for registration and examination must be consistent. Applicants shall be responsible for the authenticity of all information and materials submitted. Anyone who provides false information and materials to pass the qualification review will be disqualified from the examination or employment qualification once verified.
5. If the number of applicants is less than 3, the applicant will be disqualified. The recruitment plan is cancelled. The cancellation of the recruitment plan will be announced on the Longquan Municipal Government website.
(2) Examination
The examination format will be determined based on the registration status.
(3) Physical examination and inspection
Determine the objects for physical examination and inspection from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruitment plans. Physical examinations and inspections shall be carried out with reference to the relevant regulations on physical examinations and inspections for civil servants. Those who give up or fail the physical examination or inspection will be replaced by qualified candidates in order from high to low scores, and will be announced on the Longquan Municipal Government website.
(4) Announcement and employment
After passing the physical examination and inspection, the personnel to be hired will be publicized for seven days. After the publicity period, no problems will be reported or if there are problems, it will not affect the results after verification. be employed. If there are any problems reported, candidates must cooperate with the relevant departments for verification. If they do not cooperate with the verification within the specified time, they will be automatically given up. After receiving the employment notice, applicants must report in and go through the employment procedures within the specified time. Those who are overdue without justifiable reasons will be disqualified from employment, and the vacant positions will be filled among qualified candidates according to the test scores from high to low.
If during the employment period, the employee is dismissed due to various reasons and there is a job vacancy, the candidates with qualified scores can be filled in from high to low according to the needs of the work. The qualifications of the unemployed personnel will be retained. One year will be calculated based on the registration time of the first batch of candidates admitted to each position in this recruitment.
3. Employment Form and Position Benefits
The employment form of this recruitment adopts the labor dispatch contract system. After recruitment, refer to the "Longquan Municipal Government Institutions and Institutions Non-Staff Employment Management Measures (Trial)" Management, if you are qualified for the job and pass the annual assessment, the salary and benefits will be based on the relevant non-staff employment benefits.

1.
