In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on improving the system and mechanism for promoting consumption, support Foshan automobile sales enterprises as legal persons to expand the sales scale, stabilize and expand the consumption of new energy vehicles, and vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of the automobile consumption market, with the consent of the Foshan Municipal Government, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the Foshan 20021-2022 Work Plan for Supporting Automobile Sales Enterprises to Expand the Sales Scale and Promote the Consumption of New Energy Vehicles, giving incentives and subsidies to automobile sales enterprises and consumers of new energy vehicles.

First, support automobile sales enterprises to expand sales scale.
According to the annual sales volume and growth rate of automobile sales enterprises in 2020 and 20021year, enterprises with sales volume of more than100000 yuan and growth rate of more than 7% will be rewarded. Award funds are applied online in the form of "batch declaration and distribution in seconds, supplemented by manual review".
After the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the declaration notice, the automobile sales enterprises declared through the Foshan support plan or website. The support system will automatically match the reward type and reward amount information of the enterprise. After the enterprise confirms the accuracy of the information, it can receive the subsidy in "seconds" by checking the authenticity of the information and committing to submit it.
Second, promote the consumption of new energy vehicles.
The policy is valid for one year. From September 1 2026 to August 3 1 2022, consumers can purchase new energy vehicles in Foshan Commercial Registered Automobile Sales Enterprise as a legal person or its branches established in Foshan. After five working days of registration in Foshan, they can log on to the Foshan support platform to apply for car purchase subsidies.
The new energy vehicle consumption subsidy will continue to enjoy the integration of cross-departmental data such as tax invoice data, industrial and commercial registration data and vehicle registration information. After the consumer registers and logs in to the Foshan support plan or website, the system will automatically compare the owner's identity information with the background big data and actively push the car purchase subsidy. After consumers confirm that the vehicle information and subsidy amount are correct, they can declare with one click, and they don't need to upload any materials in the whole process, so they can easily receive subsidies in seconds.
According to the progress of research and development, the subsidy scheme for new energy vehicles is expected to be officially released in Foshan support platform in mid-June at 65438+ 10, and "secondary" applications will be accepted.
