China Bank's personal second-hand housing loan mainly adopts one-time principal and interest repayment method, matching principal and interest repayment method, average capital repayment method and decreasing (increasing) repayment method to repay the loan principal and interest. The borrower can also negotiate with the lender to choose other relatively flexible repayment methods. Among them, the one-time principal and interest repayment method is only applicable to personal second-hand housing loans with a term of 1 year (inclusive). Only one repayment method can be selected for a loan. After the signing of the Contract, the repayment method shall not be changed without the consent of the Lender.
