Operating property loan project conditions:
(a) the operating property shall meet the requirements of the planning of commercial outlets or industrial planning in each city, and has been put into commercial operation after passing the comprehensive acceptance and completing the real estate license; (two) the geographical location is superior, and the property should be located in the central business district, central business district or development zone and other urban economic centers. The area where the property is located has convenient transportation, abundant people flow, logistics and vehicle flow, and a strong business atmosphere or intensive industrial resources. The location requirements of the business properties where the world's top 500 enterprises settle in can be appropriately relaxed;
(three) the hotel property should be four-star (inclusive) or above, or although it has not obtained star certification, it should be built according to the standard of four-star (inclusive) or above; Economical hotels and serviced apartments should be managed by well-known hotel management companies at home and abroad, with an average annual occupancy rate of not less than 80%; The office property shall be an office building of Grade A or above; The property right area of the commercial house (the mortgage area of our bank) is not less than 1 000 square meters in principle; The mixed format property shall meet at least one of the above conditions;
(4) The nature of industrial storage property land should be industrial land, the type of land use right is transfer, and the form of property construction is standard industrial workshop, R&D base building, storage building and related supporting facilities, with a property area of not less than 50,000 square meters;
