What is the mortgage process?
The mortgage process is:

4. Pay the down payment and handle the transfer. After the bank completes the examination and approval, the buyer needs to pay the down payment to the seller.

5. After mortgage registration and bank lending, the buyer will generally get the real estate license about 20 working days after the transfer.
