The conditions for purchasing houses with provident fund loans are:

2, the normal continuous monthly housing provident fund deposit for more than 6 months;

3. Not exceeding the statutory retirement age;

5. The borrower agrees to handle the mortgage registration and insurance;

6. Provide the guarantee method agreed by the local housing provident fund management center and its sub-centers;
