1. Withdrawal policy procedures for foreign loans in Guizhou Province. According to the provisions of the "Guizhou Province Foreign Borrowing Management Measures (Trial)", borrowers should handle withdrawal procedures in accordance with the requirements of the lender.

2. After verification by the designated foreign exchange bank, the relevant materials will be submitted to the Guiyang Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

3. The Guiyang Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange will review and approve the materials and issue a "Withdrawal Notice" to the designated foreign exchange bank.

4. The designated foreign exchange bank shall pay external loan funds in accordance with the requirements of the "Withdrawal Notice".
