First, the object of applying for a loan
Undergraduate students in our school in 2009 (except those who have obtained student loans);
Requirements: the family is in financial difficulties, and the income earned during the school period is not enough to pay the basic expenses (including tuition and accommodation) needed to complete their studies; Honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, no violations of law;
Second, the application workflow
(1) The applicant submits a written application;
(2) class review group review;

(4) Examination and approval by the Student Financial Assistance Office;
(5) China Bank Nanjiao Sub-branch for approval;
(6) signing and writing student loan contracts, IOUs, etc. ;

Three, students applying for national student loans are required to provide the following information
(1) Application for National Student Loan (written on A4 paper or pasted on A4 paper) (see Annex 1).
(2) Two photos of one inch of my ID card (college, name and student number are written on the back of the photo).
(3) the national student loan application approval form (see Annex 2).
(4) the student's student ID card and valid ID card (copied on the same A4 paper, one copy each) or a copy of the household registration transfer certificate (minors must provide a copy of the legal guardian's valid ID card and a written consent to apply for a loan).
(5) the certificate of the township, town, street civil affairs department or county-level education administrative department about the financial difficulties of the students' families (see Annex 3). These include:
Rural students must provide proof of family financial difficulties issued by the civil affairs departments of townships, towns and counties (the poverty certificate is stamped with the official seal of the village Committee, township government and county civil affairs bureau);
Urban students must provide proof of family financial difficulties issued by the civil affairs departments at or above the street and district (county) (the poverty certificate is stamped with the official seal of the street office (neighborhood Committee) and the District Civil Affairs Bureau).
(6) Letter of recommendation issued by the school to the handling bank that students meet the requirements of the national student loan (see Annex 4).
(7) The school's expense certificate on tuition, accommodation and living expenses of students applying for loans (see Annex 5).
