After attending the training, my deepest feeling is that I feel very lucky. This training course is the most systematic and comprehensive one ever held by XX Branch of China Construction Bank. The human resources department has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources, hired professionals to provide outreach training and etiquette guidance to us, and invited many experienced leaders and outstanding employees of district branches. In just over ten days, we got together, got to know the basic situation of the bank, and joined the big group of China Construction Bank. As a state-owned commercial bank, China Construction Bank successfully went public after large-scale financial restructuring, improvement of governance structure, reengineering of business processes and introduction of strategic investors, which has far-reaching significance. The successful listing experience of CCB has important reference value for the listing of BOC and ICBC, and it also proves that the international capital market recognizes the success of the shareholding system reform of state-owned commercial banks in China and is full of confidence in its future. For our new employees, it is a great honor to be able to enter such a standardized and international large commercial bank right after graduation from school. Some people say: small wins depend on individuals, medium wins depend on teams, and big wins depend on platforms. China Construction Bank is such an excellent platform. Here, we will develop together with China Construction Bank, integrate personal career planning with the development of China Construction Bank, and achieve rapid development together.

The leaders and colleagues of the human resources department have made quite reasonable plans for this training. The first thing we welcome is a two-day outward bound training. Although the time is short, I believe everyone has left a deep impression, even unforgettable. With curiosity and excitement, we came to Fiona Fang Outward Bound Training Camp in Kyushu, and the next training was far from as simple as we thought. After the opening ceremony, we quickly formed four teams. The next task is to set up the team in a few minutes, including selecting the captain and team secretary, drawing the team flag, determining the team name, team training and team song, and finally rehearsing a representative team demonstration. After a brief self-introduction, everyone immediately joined the group, brainstormed and tried their best to make our team presentation colorful. Then there is our first project: the return of trust. The members of the challenge team stood on the platform 1.5 meters high and fell with their backs to their teammates. Players on the stage are required to give themselves to others completely without any vigilance or doubt. The players who meet them show us the best example of "trustworthy" at the moment they meet them, that is, no matter how difficult they are, they will do what others deliver. When we turn our backs on everyone, there will always be instinctive fear in our hearts, but when we hear the shouts of encouragement from our teammates, the feelings of trust and gratitude in our hearts prevail over fear. I believe everyone has this idea in their hearts: fall as straight as possible to reduce the burden on teammates. Because of psychological barriers, a simple action is difficult to overcome. We overcame ourselves and challenged our success. When we fell, we felt very happy. This kind of trust and being trusted is a great spirit, which can only be felt in excellent teams. In the next training project, from the super power grid of "one person gets an electric shock and everyone starts again" to the ladder of "two people lift each other, support each other and support the rear", from the team rescue of "Qi Xin working together to overcome the difficulties together" to the survival of the vast sea of "Everyone is happy and everyone is Cheng Bang", the atmosphere of teamwork has always enveloped it. Even in the single-person challenge event like Tianqiao, all the players cheer for their companions together, and no one is indifferent. When sharing their experiences, many players said with emotion, "Without the encouragement of my teammates, I couldn't have finished this project today." Thanks to team spirit, we have accomplished the impossible task. Although we didn't help our companion physically, team spirit added courage and strength to him. The moment I turned over the graduation wall, the tears of team members and comrades-in-arms swirled in my eyes. With our courage, courage, carefulness, cooperation, wisdom and dedication, we have truly "challenged ourselves and melted the team".

After the intense and challenging outward bound training, we returned to the hotel and began an eight-day study of banking-related business knowledge. The spacious conference room, comfortable chairs, the name tag on the table and mineral water all reflect the concern of the leaders of the district branch for new employees and the "people-oriented" of CCB. If outward bound training cultivates a working spirit, then business learning cultivates our working ability. Only by mastering these basic operations can we carry out banking business well. In the first class, Teacher Fan from the Human Resources Department told us about the historical evolution of China Construction Bank. From the announcement of People's Construction Bank of China 1954+ 10/in June to the successful listing of China Construction Bank today, it has experienced three ups and downs. During this period, China Construction Bank once controlled the construction funds of every major project in People's Republic of China (PRC) (China). As a CCB person, if you don't know the history of CCB, it's as sad as a China person who doesn't know the national flag and national anthem. No matter where we are or what we will do in the future, we must understand the history of CCB and integrate our cause into this short and glorious history with the great historical stage of the successful shareholding system reform of CCB as the background. In the next few days, we studied CCB's main products, personal financial development strategy, bank-related legal knowledge, employee code of conduct and other theories, and got a preliminary understanding of the business situation of several major departments of the bank. As CCB employees, we have to deal with money and figures every day, which requires being careful, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, diligent and responsible for every job. At the same time, as a new clerk, we should learn legal knowledge and strengthen risk prevention. Facing the market competition between state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks, China Construction Bank needs to improve its service quality and brand building to enhance its competitiveness. In addition to formulating relevant laws and regulations, it is also necessary for every banker to treat his daily work with enthusiasm and a bright smile to face every customer. In the training class, we spent a lot of time learning the operation process of counter business, including corporate business and private business, which is what most of us will do after joining the company. The two seniors summed up many years of experience to write textbooks, make slides and tell the boring process in refined language, which pointed out the direction for our future work. This training brings together the wisdom and hard work of many leaders and predecessors. They summed up their work experience for more than ten years or even decades, which enabled us to learn the main business knowledge of the bank in such a short time, led us into the door of China Construction Bank, and at the same time let us appreciate the elegant demeanour of outstanding CCB personnel.

After short-term training, we will be assigned to posts in different regions to start work. In ten days, we cultivated deep feelings, regardless of the length of time. What we value is common experience. Perhaps only on such an excellent platform can we cultivate excellent teams quickly. Although ten days is short, this training is an important turning point in our lives. It brought us from the ivory tower to the workplace, and changed us from a young student to a responsible and confident professional. Everyone has gained a lot.
